I've spent over a decade inside small businesses — as a freelancer, as a builder, as the person founders called when something wasn't working and they couldn't tell why.
I'm a systems thinker. I see businesses the way an engineer sees a machine: a set of gears that either turn together or grind against each other. My job is to read the gears, find the ones that are missing or broken, and build the automation that closes the gap.

01 What does it cost?
The diagnostic call is free. Builds are scoped in a fixed-price proposal after the call — the price reflects the work, not the hours. You see the full number before agreeing to anything, and it doesn't grow without an explicit renegotiation.
02 How long does a build take?
Most focused builds run two to six weeks. Bigger restructurings can run longer — we set a realistic timeline in the proposal. I work mornings only (8:30–12:00 CET), which means I run a small number of projects at full attention rather than many at half. You always know when your build window is.
03 What tools do you build with?
Whatever serves the problem without locking you in. Often: AI agents on Anthropic Claude or OpenAI APIs, automation pipelines on n8n or custom code, internal tools where off-the-shelf software doesn't fit your actual process. I'm tool-agnostic on principle — I won't push you toward a SaaS subscription you don't need.
04 Who maintains it after you hand it over?
You do. Or whoever on your team is closest to the work. I document what I built, walk one of you through it, and step back. No retainer, no ongoing dependency on me. The point is to leave you with something that runs without me — including without me showing up to fix it.
05 Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. You need to understand your business and be willing to make decisions about how it should run. I handle the technical translation. The clearest builds I've done have been with founders who couldn't write a line of code — but who could tell me, in plain language, what was killing their week.
06 Is the diagnostic really free? What's the catch?
No catch. It's free because most calls produce something useful even if we never work together — a clearer picture of where the work is hiding. And because I'd rather have an honest read of fit before sending a proposal. If we're not a fit, I tell you, and sometimes I refer you to someone better suited.
